Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address and message when you use our contact form; your phone number when you opt in to text updates; and the details you provide when you apply for a role.

We also receive the standard technical information any web server records, such as the page requested and the browser used, for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to consider and progress a job application, to send the text messages you opted in for, and to keep our systems secure. We do not use your information for any purpose you have not asked for.

Mobile information

We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers and SMS consent, with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, reply HELP for help, or email us to ask what we hold and to have it corrected or deleted. See our SMS Terms for the full messaging terms.

Retention and security

We keep application and enquiry records only as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected for, and we restrict access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store data we do not need.
