Using this site

The content here describes our staffing and placement services. Role listings describe roles we are engaged to fill; they are not offers of employment, and the terms of any placement are agreed with the hiring company before it is made.

Applications

When you apply for a role you confirm that the information you give us is accurate. Before we submit an application we confirm your eligibility directly with you. We do not charge candidates a fee.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our updates page, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Oyster (OYSTER TALENT LLC) at that number. If you do not check the box, you will not receive alert or marketing texts from us.

Message types: marketing and promotional messages about job opportunities, job opening alerts, application status updates, interview reminders and scheduling, new assignments and onboarding updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of applying for a role.

Opt in by replying START, YES or GET. Opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. Get help by replying HELP, by emailing [email protected], or by calling (863) 252-4228.

Opt-out reply: Oyster: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information you are not entitled to share.

Liability

We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, OYSTER TALENT LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
